Today, I'm excited to share a recent interview I did with Trent Dysrmid of BrightIdeas.co.

Trent and I have know each other for many years since the early days of NichePursuits.com.  Trent has gone from building niche sites, to running a marketing agency, to selling private label selling products on Amazon, to now wholesaling products on Amazon.

Bottom line is that Trent was able to take his business from 0 to $100k a month in revenue within 5 months.  He expects that his Amazon wholesale business will do about $3 million in revenue this year.

Today, I'm excited to bring you and interview I did with Greg Mercer of JungleScout.com. 

I don't remember the first place that I ran across an interview with Greg, but as soon as I heard it, it was clear that Greg was a real expert in selling on Amazon.

How expert?  Well, he regularly does over $400k per month in Amazon sales and did over $500k in December 2015!

In addition, Greg has taken those skills for finding great products to sell and leverage that into an AWESOME product finding tool called Jungle Scout.  I personally use Jungle Scout all the time to analyze listings and find those hidden gems on Amazon.

The guest on the podcast today is Pilar Newman. She has been selling on Amazon for about 8 years, and has really honed her skills for finding and selling products through the Amazon platform.

Pilar applies a lot of the tactics other guests have shared in the past.  However, where she is different is how she is capitalizing on trending items that are selling really well.  Rather than selling the actual trending item itself, she thinks of unique items that are complimentary to the trending items.

As a result she is able to sell unique products, but still capitalizes on the big trends that are taking place.
